- A certified Kickboxing instructor:
We are seeking a Personal / Group Trainer to lead 3+ KICKBOXING classes per week on Thursdays. For the right candidate, this position could be expanded to Saturdays. The trainer is compensated to prepare, instruct developing the instruct the session with energy and accuracy, assist clients with great form, communicate with the coaching team, and develop rapport with our highly valued members. EBH Fitness looks to create an empowering experience every day. We motivate, educate, and support men and women to improve their health, fitness, and performance. We change lives! The Kickboxing Instructor should provide workouts that are fun and challenging, be driven by an energetic attitude, always upbeat, and motivating to members. They will be responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, ensuring a clean, friendly class atmosphere. They must maintain the highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all studio rules and policies. They will look professional with good hygiene, and always on time. The goal is to increase member retention and new member enrollment by conducting classes that challenge our members yet are fun, simple and changed to feel new. The Kickboxing Instructor must ensure the safety of our members and studio property. Lastly, the individual selected for this position must maintain a personal commitment to fitness.
This is a commission based position.
- Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be flexible and willing to work mornings (1 class 10-11 am) and evenings (2 classes 6 - 8 pm). Daytime coaching could be available for the right candidate, but we are primarily looking for the listed times above.
Demonstrate Proper Exercise Technique to provide proper coaching, instruction, and motivation during a client training session. A working knowledge of the human body is, eventually, required (i.e. muscles, movements, functions, etc.) to provide appropriate exercises for client's goals.
Must have current fitness insurance, taxpayer ID, and authorized to work in the US.
- Required Skills in order to qualify for this position:
Excellent Communication Skills : Must be comfortable conversing in-person, know how to act professional, and deliver clear instructions to the clients. We'll teach you everything needed for a training session, but we can't teach manners and professionalism.
People skills and personality : Must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting training facility and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
Customer Service Experience : Customers are the lifeblood of our business. Our trainers must have a WILL DO attitude when it comes to empowering and assisting our fitness family.
CPR Certification
Fitness Certification from an accredited national organization.

- Sports Scout / Recruiter:
A Scout's job will be to find the best athletes possible and persuade them to join Pathway 2 College. This requires you to have expertise in the rules and strategies of the sport for which you're scouting, whether its baseball, football or basketball, as well as knowing what traits a person needs to be successful in a specific role. Along with reading newspapers and watching games, many scouts identify prospective athletes by reviewing videos submitted to them by interested parties. You might then consult with coaches and perform interviews with athletes over the phone, in person or by e-mail. When talking to a potential player, you'll want to highlight what Pathway 2 College has to offer.
We are seeking scouts for the following locations in El Paso: Eastside, Northeast, Westside, Lower Valley, Central, and Upper Valley. We also seek scouts for New Mexico and Mexico. Scouts are needed in the following sports: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, Cross Country, Track and Field, and Swimming.

We are a professional Sports Marketing/Recruiting Company that connects student-athletes to college coaches and recruiters. Through on hand personal direction from our professional management staff. Our Videographer/Photographers will record live action video of High School Sporting events from start to finish by assignment, including taking action stills, profile pictures, skills videos in various High School Campuses, AAU and Select Team locations during acceptable weather conditions.
Responsibilities: Record highlight and skill videos for student athletes. Editing of videos highlights specific players
